How to be a good leader

Leadership is not about what we tell others to do, it is an inside job. The most powerful, compassionate and authentic leaders are not those who shout the loudest, although they may be like me and they may be loud.

They are people that practice leadership mastery and self-leadership first. I will share with you my experience and why it’s important to lead ourselves before leading others.
