This advanced certification is designed for existing coaches who want to deepen their understanding of neurodiversity and feel confident in working with neurodivergent clients.
At Optimus Coach Academy, our philosophy is always to work with the client as an individual. This training provides you with the knowledge, tools, and strategies to adapt your coaching so you can truly meet clients where they are; supporting them more effectively and inclusively. This course will enhance your coaching for all clients and mean that you create more inclusive, tailored experiences for those who are neurodivergent.

Claire Farmer – ICF accredited coach, Director of Neurodive, Co-founder of the Autistic Girls Network, former Head Teacher and educational consultant specialising in inclusion

Ruth Kudzi – ICF Master Certified Coach. CEO & Founder of Optimus Coach Academy, former Deputy Head Teacher leading inclusion teams with a professional background in Psychology & Coaching and lived experience of ADHD & Dyslexia.

Course Dates & Structure
All sessions are taught live online via Zoom (and recorded for replay). Alongside sessions you have a comprehensive workbook which is available at least 2 weeks before you go live. These workbooks contain links to research and more information so you can read through them at your own pace.
After each session you have a quiz to assess your learning and access to recordings. The sessions are held on Thursday 10-1pm:
