Ruth is a well respected and successful coach who has worked across sectors including leadership, career and more recently business and mindset. She has over 10,000 coaching hours and has completed hundreds of hours of training and coaching supervision. Ruth is a MCC level coach with the ICF and is our course director and CEO. Prior to becoming a coach Ruth was a senior leader in education.

Prior to becoming a certified coach, Julia worked in the social care sector, primarily in mental health services for almost 20 years, both in direct support and in management. During this time, as well as working alongside the people she supported, she developed and grew new services, managed diverse staff teams and created and delivered many training courses.

Christian started off his career in Advertising, working as part of various Brand teams developing ad campaigns for blue chip Clients such as Waitrose, Co- Op, Compaq, BMI Airlines and EA Games. His last 15 years have been spent solely in Digital Marketing. His expertise is devising and executing customer acquisition strategies across Google, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, Instagram, You Tube and various content networks.

Donna +9is a Life and Connection Coach working with women who want to consciously create a positive relationship with themselves, empowering them to move towards thinking, feeling and behaving in line with who they want to be and how they want to live. She uses her 15 years of coaching experience, alongside other methodologies including Neuroscience, NLP and Positive Psychology, to help her clients embrace self-awareness as a powerful tool for growth in communication, confidence, wellbeing, decision making and productivity.

Sharron's background is in Criminal Law, specialising in advising detainees at the Police Station. She has worked for Solicitors for over 15 years and now work on a freelance basis supporting Optimus. Alongside this she runs her own Natural Hair Care Business and is completing her Professional Coach Diploma with Optimus Coach Academy.

Bret is a Business Psychologist with a speciality in Applied Neuroscience, a Keynote Speaker, and Executive Coach and currently serves on the UK ICF Board of Directors as Director of Thought Leadership. He has been working with senior leadership teams for more than 25 years to help improve cultural transformation and is passionate about the application of neuroscience to create lasting change in the lives of those with whom he works. In addition to extensive study in the field of Applied Neuroscience and Behavioural Psychology, he is also a graduate of the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme and the MIT Sloan School of Management Neuroscience for Business programme and holds a certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute, where he is also a master facilitator delivering brain based programmes to some of the largest organisations in the world. He is a full member of the British Neuroscience Association and is a frequent speaker at international leadership events. He is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) through Toastmasters International and has been a featured TEDx speaker and coach at multiple TED events. Bret previously had a successful career as a television sports personality and is a Come Dine with Me winner.

Hannah is a coach and marketing mentor for women. Through her work, Hannah’s primary aim is to support women in achieving a life of balance and not burnout whilst pursuing their goals. Hannah recognises the pressures faced by women and is as such your ‘anti-hustle’ advocate.

Jackie Lawrence is a PCC level coach who specialises in working with emerging leaders focusing on performance coaching. In 2019, she left a highly successful career as a banking lawyer to become a full-time career and performance coach. Taking a values-led approach which centres creativity and wellness, she combines her 20 year corporate marketing experience with coaching in order to support purpose driven humans to build brands and do work that makes a meaningful difference.

Michael worked in Corporate; Automotive and Banking Sales and Sales Management for 30 years and loved it, working for HSBC, Jaguar Land Rover and Fiat & Alfa Romeo. He was also coaching, mentoring and training for the last 15 of those. Personally, he's been married, divorced, widowed, been made redundant, took voluntary redundancy and started his own business. He's suffered with depression and anxiety. Life’s given him it’s fair share but he has always looked at what he can learn from the experience and then started moving forward again.What all of this has taught him is that life is short and you need to get out there to get what you want!

After a complex and challenging childhood, Lucy has spent her life learning about how and why humans are as they are as a means of making sense of all she had witnessed, experienced and all that she is. Isabelle has a life-long fascination with human behaviour and studied psychology at university up to post-graduate level. She went on to build a career in clinical research, with a specialism in psychometrics, clinical assessment, neuroscience and pain. As she moved through her career she became more involved in team building and leadership, and really enjoyed helping people get the best out of themselves, and harnessing the power of teams to achieve exceptional outcomes. In 2018 she left the corporate world to set up her own business, providing consultancy to the clinical research industry and now she works primarily as a coach and trainer.

Dawn combines coaching and coach training with her yoga teaching and training business. She has been a yoga teacher for over 20 years initially combined with a career in financial and tax management. She travels the world teaching yoga and running retreats as well as supporting yoga teachers build businesses. Dawn specialises in supporting us with the somatic coaching model bringing in her extensive experience of working with the body through yoga.

Lisa is the practical business and executive coach that creates long-lasting whole-self transformations and loves working with ambitious individuals and organisations with big goals. Lisa has been described by her clients as a coach that is part strategist, part accountability partner and part cheerleader. With over 28 years of experience in top positions at businesses across Brunei, Lisa supports her clients with her experience as well as her coaching credentials. Lisa is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) as well as a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and is also a Money Breakthrough Certified Business Coach.
