Ruth is a well respected and successful coach who has worked across sectors including leadership, career and more recently business and mindset. She has over 10,000 coaching hours and has completed hundreds of hours of training and coaching supervision. Ruth is a MCC level coach with the ICF and is our course director and CEO. Prior to becoming a coach Ruth was a senior leader in education.

Prior to becoming a certified coach, Julia worked in the social care sector, primarily in mental health services for almost 20 years, both in direct support and in management. During this time, as well as working alongside the people she supported, she developed and grew new services, managed diverse staff teams and created and delivered many training courses.

Christian started off his career in Advertising, working as part of various Brand teams developing ad campaigns for blue chip Clients such as Waitrose, Co- Op, Compaq, BMI Airlines and EA Games. His last 15 years have been spent solely in Digital Marketing. His expertise is devising and executing customer acquisition strategies across Google, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, Instagram, You Tube and various content networks.

Donna +9is a Life and Connection Coach working with women who want to consciously create a positive relationship with themselves, empowering them to move towards thinking, feeling and behaving in line with who they want to be and how they want to live. She uses her 15 years of coaching experience, alongside other methodologies including Neuroscience, NLP and Positive Psychology, to help her clients embrace self-awareness as a powerful tool for growth in communication, confidence, wellbeing, decision making and productivity.

Sharron's background is in Criminal Law, specialising in advising detainees at the Police Station. She has worked for Solicitors for over 15 years and now work on a freelance basis supporting Optimus. Alongside this she runs her own Natural Hair Care Business and is completing her Professional Coach Diploma with Optimus Coach Academy.

Jackie Lawrence is a PCC level coach who specialises in working with emerging leaders focusing on performance coaching. In 2019, she left a highly successful career as a banking lawyer to become a full-time career and performance coach. Fast forward to today, she's a business and career coach at P-Factor Coaching, helping ambitious individuals perform their best by aligning their strengths and values with their actions so they can expand in their zone of genius.

Fay started working with business owners and leaders as a people development and general business consultant over 20 years ago. During that time, she's worked with businesses of all shapes and sizes in a variety of sectors helping them with their performance improvement at organisational, team and individual levels. These days she is an ICF PCC coach working with business owners and leaders to help them develop their leadership style and capability – her belief being that leadership isn’t just a role, it’s a way of being.

Nicola is a creative coach and brand strategist who helps big-hearted creatives to amplify their voice and make a real wholehearted impact on the world. Taking a values-led approach which centres creativity and wellness, she combines her 20 year corporate marketing experience with coaching in order to support purpose driven humans to build brands and do work that makes a meaningful difference.

Hannah is a coach and marketing mentor for women. Through her work, Hannah’s primary aim is to support women in achieving a life of balance and not burnout whilst pursuing their goals. Hannah recognises the pressures faced by women and is as such your ‘anti-hustle’ advocate.
