This is a fully comprehensive team coaching course which meets the standards for the ICF Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching

(you can miss up to 2 sessions : if you miss 3 we can work with you on supervision to get up to hous, if you miss more you'll have to join a future cohort)
36 hours of live lessons over 5 months
5 hours of coaching supervision from an experienced and highly qualified supervisor / mentor coach (MCC with over 150 hours of mentoring experience)
Two observed team coaching sessions: you will work with your group for one and we will support you to get a practice client which we will use for reflective practice
20 hours of team coaching experience to complete the qualification
5 hours of self study with resources and training materials plus a reflective practice essay
Highly knowledgable and experienced guest trainers who will share case studies and their experience in Q&A
