What Is The Best ICF Accredited Coaching Course?
The best ICF accredited coaching course is simply the one that fits your learning style, schedule, goals, and budget. The International Coaching Federation sets rigorous global standards and independently certifies coaches worldwide. When a programme is "ICF accredited," its curriculum has been reviewed and approved to align with the ICF Core Competencies — but accreditation is simply the baseline. It doesn't mean all programmes teach the same way or develop the same level of mastery in their students.

We're very proud to have our curriculum designed and taught by a ICF Accredited Master Certified Coach. Ruth Kudzi, MCC our CEO teachers at least 50% of our training on our Professional diploma and is involved in training on the associate diplomas as well.
Their highest credential is a Master Certified Coach ( MCC ) and to qualify one has to have completed over 200 hours of coach specific education and have at least 2500 hours of client coaching experience. I become MCC accredited in 2020 and have over 11,000 coaching hours and am one of just over 2,204 active MCC credential-holders worldwide. I work closely with our training team who are all experienced ICF accredited Professionally Certified Coaches (PCC) to develop and deliver a curriculum that is engaging and focused on coaching.

Our trademarked holistic coaching framework delves into 6 key pillars which gives you the flexibility you need as a coach to have different approaches for different clients. The framework we teach allows you to tailor your approach to meet the individual needs of your client. This means you have flexibility to explore one, two, three or all of the pillars depending on what the client is wanting to focus on and how they are presenting. This allows for greater depth and means you are well equipped to work with a range of clients at a truly transformational level.
