About Fiona

Fiona is a Management Development Trainer, Facilitator and Coach who works primarily with corporate clients. She began her career in the travel industry where she spent 12 enjoyable years with British Airways. Here, she held various development roles within Operations and Corporate HR, including workshop design and delivery, corporate event management, oversight of accredited programmes and coordination of a portfolio of management short courses.

 

She formed FPI Associates in 1998 and the primary focus of her business ever since has been on supporting leaders at all levels to develop the self-awareness, skills and behaviours necessary to contribute to the creation of effective and engaging work cultures. She is passionate about improving interpersonal communication within teams and has particular expertise in the areas of handling work performance discussions or challenging conversations. She believes that leading well means bringing your “best self” to work – and in her capacity as a Leadership & Performance Coach she thrives on supporting clients to address the challenges they face in doing just that!
