Phyllis is an ICF PCC Coach, EMCC Supervisor & Osteopath dedicated to helping individuals and coaches achieve positive growth in their lives and businesses.  With over 30 years of experience in the wellness industry and 18 years of lecturing in HE she has provided mentoring and supervision in both group and 1:2:1 settings. She is a Speaker and runs CPD courses. Her mission is to empower others to move forward with clarity and focus, enabling them to reach their fullest potential!
