How are we different:
Industry Experience
We have significant industry experience: every coach and mentor has an established coaching business and knows what it takes to build and grow that business and come from varied backgrounds from Corporate to Public Sector to SMEs.
Psychology focus
We teach a wide variety of approaches that have strong foundations in Psychology and Neuroscience helping you to be a confident and competent coach. The courses have been designed by Psychology specialists with decades of experience.
High Standards
Our trainers are all experienced coaches with at least 500 hours of coaching experience and ICF PCC accreditation or equivalent. All of our trainers have had prior experience teaching / training and have a robust training and developmental plan to maintain standards.
