I am an ICF-trained career and life coach and I typically work with mid-career individuals who are feeling stuck or holding themselves back. I support them to have the courage and confidence to make the right choices for their lives, and take the next steps. I have a positive psychology and strengths-based approach to coaching, and may use tools to help clients unlock their thinking. Prior to coaching, I worked in the charity sector, supporting those who work directly with volunteers. Why do I love Life coaching ?
