I am a life and leadership coach who supports clients facing key career decisions, transitioning roles and dealing with significant change. I work with people to gain clarity on future goals, let go of self-doubt, build confidence, harness strengths, build resilience and improve wellbeing.

My core values are curiosity, kindness, integrity, and growth. These values underpin my approach to coaching and enabling clients to be securely supported to think through the challenges they are facing.

My coaching and mentoring approach is built on over 35 years of experience managing and leading a wide variety of operational and strategic teams within local government and the NHS. Clients will also benefit from my experience of working as an Executive and Non-Executive Director on Board level teams.
