She combines her 20 year corporate marketing experience with a values-led and compassion-centered coaching methodology rooted in Neuroscience, Positive Psychology and Transactional Analysis. 

Nicola’s uniquely positioned supervision and coaching practice covers gender and racial equity, leadership development and wellbeing, helping to move her clients into possibility, overcome challenges and step into a more fulfilling way of working, leading and living.
