I’ve spent 15+ years working alongside impact-driven founders, charity leaders, and social entrepreneurs, mentoring startups through accelerators with organisations including Microsoft, and co-designing and facilitating leadership programs.

As a coach, I help leaders move from “doing it all” to leading with confidence – so they can trust their teams, make space for strategic thinking, and grow their impact without sacrificing themselves.

Coaching empowers each of us to discover the best way forwards for us - it isn't about an 'expert' telling us what to do, it offers support and structure for us to realise what we are capable of ourselves and build the courage to make it happen, learning new skills along the way so we can keep doing it for ourselves long after the coaching ends.
