Mike Payne has over 35 years of experience in executive coaching and career transition consulting.

In his executive coaching practice, he has worked with executives and senior management at the C-suite level on personal improvement and well being. Michael has also coached leaders on
developing strategies that support employee engagement that enhance and strengthen corporate values and culture.

In his corporate career, Michael held executive leadership positions as a HR business partner, executive coach and organisational development resource for a global Oil and Gas corporation and several companies owned by private equity.

Michael’s executive coaching experience is extensive and unique. His clients have ranged from a major Oil and Gas Corporation, a Fortune 100 Natural Gas Utility, a major communications company, a health sciences company, the President and staff of a university, and the leadership team of a religious organisation.
