I’m a highly experienced coach, having worked with clients from a wide range of backgrounds across diverse settings, from executive coaching through to life coaching and neurodiversity coaching.

I gained accredited status in 2008 and since then have added further coaching qualifications, in Positive Intelligence (2023), Advanced Coaching (Oxford University, 2024), and an Advanced Certificate in Neurodiversity Coaching (Optimus Coaching Academy, 2025).

I love coaching because a) it’s rooted in my values of making a difference; b) I love the diversity of coaching: types of client; varied contexts; exploring different approaches to find those that best suit each individual; and c) the collaborative nature of working with people to help them overcome challenges or barriers so that they can flourish and thrive.
