With expertise in mindset, neuroscience, and behavioural profiling, Louise drives transformational change across organisations. She has over two decades of senior HR leadership experience with global companies like Inditex, LVMH, and Selfridges, focusing on engagement, culture, and performance. Louise holds a Master’s in Human Resources, is a Fellow Chartered CIPD member, an accredited EMCC Practitioner Coach and mentor to HR professionals.
