My early career was as a French/German and Support for Learning teacher in secondary schools. My own experience with counselling inspired me to train to be a person-centred counsellor and change direction. I grew more interested and excited about the world of therapy and carried on my learning journey with courses in perinatal counselling, children and young people’s counselling and latterly couple and relationship counselling.

I became fascinated with positive psychology and the benefits to mental health and wellbeing and this paved the way to a qualification in coaching. Therapeutic Coaching is an exciting blend of coaching and therapy and covers all the bases. I’m delighted to be able to offer this service which has only just begun to evolve and emerge in recent years.

I have a passion for uncovering and promoting human potential and nothing is more transformational than combining therapy and coaching in session.

With this blend, clients can explore events in the past, look at current challenges and emotions and set and work towards future goals. It’s the trifecta of transformation!
