Laura has been coaching for over 15 years within the education sector and currently works as an Executive Coach for a global organisation. Laura also has her own coaching practice, coaching individual clients and small business owners.
A holistic whole-life coach, Laura’s practise is heavily rooted in positive psychology where she empowers people to identify - and take - the action they want, and need, to lead the life and career they want.
Aside from being a coach, Laura is also a lipstick-loving, coffee-fuelled mum, wife, and Labrador lover.

I’ve always been fascinated by human behaviour and what makes individuals tick. Coaching gives me the opportunity to really get to know individuals - to indulge in the psychological side of people, and support them to move forward, improve and succeed in a way that feels authentic to them.
