Jude is an accredited Leadership and Team Coach dedicated to helping ambitious leaders and teams to find better ways to work. Jude supports organisations to elevate their teams and develop calmer leaders by deepening employee engagement, building confidence and improving wellbeing. Prior to coaching, Jude spent nearly 20 years leading and managing high performance digital marketing teams for prominent media brands in the UK. She understands the pressure of working in fast paced environments and has hands-on experience of delivering organisational change.
