As a German in the UK, I have been through the move abroad and setting up a new life in a foreign country, where I now have a family with two teenagers. Having worked for an international organisation, I changed careers in mid-life and now help other people who have chosen a life abroad with their personal and career transitions while navigating cultural differences.

I coach in English or German and I also have experience with Neurodiversity, having coached clients with both autism and ADHD.

Coaching has changed my life: I have found a fulfilling career after feeling stuck, my confidence has grown and my outlook is much more positive. Now I provide a calm space for others to explore what’s important to them. Above all, I love the moment when a client has that decisive insight that helps them make the desired change.
