Helen’s coaching draws on positive psychology, neuroscience and leadership development to support people to perform at their best and build successful, fulfilling careers. 

As a co-author of, The Power of Coaching (2024), Helen is passionate about the transformational impact of coaching, and her background in FTSE 100 financial services companies enables her to understand the challenges of leadership and management positions.
