Hi I’m Ellie, an ADHDer and accredited ADHD coach. I work 1:1 and in groups with ADHD & AuDHD adults to help you understand your brain better, working with it not against it. I know ADHD can be tough at times with things like RSD, emotions, procrastination, impulsivity, disorganisation and addictions getting in the way. My coaching helps you to focus on your unique strengths, and to come up with ways of managing your challenges, enabling you to feel more confident in yourself moving forwards.

I love coaching ADHD and AuDHD adults because I get it. After 48 years of feeling different and carrying guilt & shame for mistakes Ive made or for things I couldn’t “just try harder” to do, I wanted change. After 20 years running recruitment businesses, I retrained to help fellow ADHDers build happier, more fulfilling lives at work and at home.
