With 30 years' experience in the public sector, including the NHS and academia, I’ve seen first-hand the pressures healthcare professionals face. I set up my not-for-profit, Healthcare Communication Matters, to support their wellbeing and growth.

I deliver communication skills training and am an associate-level coach, offering space for people to reflect, reconnect with their values, and move forward with clarity. I work especially well with those navigating the emotional demands of clinical life, leadership roles, career transitions, or other aspects of their professional development.

I love coaching because it creates a space that's rarely available in healthcare. One where people can pause, be heard without judgement, and reconnect with what matters to them.

It's a privilege to witness someone untangle their thoughts, rediscover their confidence and realise they already have the answers. Coaching feels like both a conversation and a catalyst and I find it deeply meaningful to be part of that process.
