I partner with clients to explore thoughts, behaviours and feelings around change, to help them deal with it well and to move forward. Using a range of tools and techniques I coach YOU, the person you are right now.

I have over 20 years of experience in the fast-paced broadcast industry, including managerial, and also run workshops about dealing with change.

My main interest as a coach is in personal and leadership development, because I’ve been there too. Being coached has made a huge difference in my life, and I want to help others in the same way.
