I’m a personal and professional development coach, accredited with the International Coaching Federation. I work with mid-career women to help them work out what’s really important to them, so that they can get on with living the life they want.

I have over 20 years’ experience working in HR Management and Learning & Development roles. Alongside my coaching business I currently work as a Professional Development Expert, coaching, mentoring and training leaders and managers on people leadership training programmes.

Through my personal and professional experience, I have seen the difference that coaching can make in an individual’s life. I find it an incredibly powerful and rewarding experience to give people the time and space in which to process and articulate their thoughts, needs and desires and to translate these into practical actions so they can live the life they want.
