I have accumulated over two decades of experience as a Psychotherapist, undergoing significant life changes along the way. My journey has taken me from a Corporate Career in Financial Services to the Public Sector, where I worked with the London Police. Four years ago, I relocated from London to Dubai and made a decision to pursue training as a coach. I am passionate about supporting individuals through significant transitions and transformations in their lives and I find fulfilment in supporting others through these processes.

Coaching gives me the opportunity to make a positive impact on other people's lives. By guiding and supporting them to reach their goals, I can help them grow, develop, and achieve success.  Whether it's helping someone overcome challenges, achieve their goals, or discover their potential, the impact I can have as a coach can be impactful, meaningful and fulfilling.
