Andy is an Executive Coach with a special interest in Neurodiversity Coaching, is ICF and EMCC Accredited, with an Advanced Certification in Neurodiversity Coaching.

Andy has extensive experience in the financial industry, working 30 years in Investment Banking, Managing at a senior level, and developing a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face at various career and life stages. His coaching is tailored to the individual, their environment, and how the two can align effectively.

Andy has a wealth of lived experiences at home and abroad, and a deep passion for sport and sports coaching.
