I’m Albie, a Senior HR professional, ICF qualified & ACC accredited Professional Coach, and Co Founder of Real Talent Coaching & Consulting.

Like other senior HR and coaching professionals, I help businesses and individuals develop talent, improve performance, and navigate change. What sets me apart is my ability to create a safe, trusted space for transformation, helping leaders, teams, organisations and individuals get Real with themselves, unlock untapped potential and create meaningful growth.

For me, coaching is not just what I do, it’s who I am. 

There is something incredibly special about being able to use your power to help others step into theirs. I have always found joy in empowering others.

My business is called Real Talent because my clients already have the answer, I just create space for them to unleash it!
