Supervision is, above all, an essential practice for you as a coach, providing a space where you can grow, reflect, and ensure you're showing up at your best for your clients.
You see supervision as primarily for yourself, a dedicated time to engage in an ethical and professional environment where you can openly discuss your coaching practice, explore any challenges, celebrate achievements, and navigate any ethical concerns that arise.
Through supervision, you gain deeper awareness around your beliefs, values, biases, and stereotypes – both conscious and unconscious – which enhances your self-understanding and effectiveness.
Each session leaves you reassured in your abilities and with clear steps to develop areas where you can grow further. Supervision ultimately builds your confidence, allowing you to provide your clients with a coach who is fully present, committed to continuous learning, and grounded in ethical practice.
