Why Is 'Coaching With The Brain' Crucial?
loupe

Neuroscience is the study of the brain and involves exploring the impact of this vital organ on behaviour and cognitive functions. Since we work to shape our thoughts and behaviour in coaching, neuroscience is incredibly relevant! In this session, you’ll learn about neuroscience principles and different ways of challenging your thinking and your client's thinking.

Who is this workshop for?
loupe

This workshop is for people who are interested in learning how the brain can embed new learning and behaviour within the coachee ( the person being coached)

You will be interested in learning how the brain can be taught to make new connections and to break free from how it has been hardwired.

4 Things You'll Learn From The Workshop:

How to ask more effective questions that work with our client's brains

The threat / reward model which impacts human behaviour

How to create conditions where problem solving and decision making are maximised

Ways to support clients to embed lasting behavioural change.

Why Is Working With The Brain Important?

Understanding how your clients think and the impact that perceived threats and rewards can have on decision making, problem solving and memory is essential for effective coaching. This is the cornerstone of behavioural change and underpins the relationships we have with our clients and the impact coaching can have on them long term. For me, these methods have transformed how I coach and the way we train our students at Optimus Coach Academy.
