In this episode I speak to multi-passionate business owner and coach Helen Hill who is currently studying on the Optimus diploma.

She shares about how to thrive as a business owner and how being selfish can help you to succeed as you are creating boundaries.

We explore how failure is part of success and learning and overnight success is not something which is real! and how money doesn't have to be your number one driver.

This is all about growing a business on your terms.
