Self belief is powerful and in this episode with Tamzin Hall we explore how we can build and develop it.

Tamzin is a coach with a degree in Psychology she obtained as a mature student as she had the belief she could make it happen. She supports people to develop their confidence so that they can live the lives they want to live.

We cover everything from golf to working in corporate and how this is so often the piece that is the deal breaker.
