I'm delighted to start our mini-series with the wonderful Hillary Thompson. During this mini-series, I'm going to be interviewing people who have done our coach training or who are on our coach training, or they're talking about the way that they coach and how coaching has helped them.

Hillary works with passionate and driven people who have decided they want to make a change in their business or personal life.

At the time of recording, she has nearly graduated from the October course and it has been an absolute delight to have her.

We're talking in this episode all about never being too old to start something new.

**Here are the highlights:**

{2:48} The moment Hilary decided to do something she loved and that meant something to her

{4:36} How Hillary got into Coaching

{6:40} Coach training as a journey of discovery and self-belief

(8:23} How far can you go?

{10:55} Clarity comes from taking action
