title: Coaching whatever your age!
description: "Today I'm joined by Phillis Woodfine. She's an osteopath, a mindset coach and a lecturer. A very multi talented lady and we're going to be really diving into how age doesn't really matter when you're moving forward in your career as there are always opportunities for personal development.

We also share how as a therapist or coach, we need to look at support for ourselves as well as the support for our clients. And we're also going to be talking about black women as leaders."

Today I'm joined by Phillis Woodfine.

And we're also going to be talking about black women as leaders.
