This week, I'm talking about something, which I feel deserves its own episode.

If anyone can be a coach, do we really need to train? I'm going to talk about my definition of coaching right now and the difference between coaching, mentoring and other approaches.

**Here are the highlights:**

{2:54} Untrained coaches who train coaches to be coaches

{3:38} The importance of being trained if you are pure coaching

{5:33} Equipping yourself to be aware of your limitations

{7:40} Being a professional coach

{9:12} Questions to ask a coach you're considering working with
