5 Reasons to choose our ICF Accredited Coach Training Program
You'll have qualified mentors and trainers supporting you from a range of backgrounds. During your mentoring hours, you'll work with a coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation, with at least Professional Certified Coach status or above. Using their knowledge and expertise, your mentor will guide your coaching development and help you hone your skills.
You'll learn evidence-based coaching approaches including Neuroscience, Positive Psychology, Somatic Coaching, DISC Personality Profiles, Emotional Intelligence and Transactional Analysis. You'll also use more mainstream approaches such as GROW, ensuring you get a full coaching education.
You'll coach and be coached during your sessions. You'll observe different coaching styles and develop your own coaching approach. We're aware of different learning preferences, so we split our sessions between theory, discussion and coaching practice. We ensure you get regular breaks too!
You'll have a coaching buddy, enabling you to quickly build your coaching hours and opportunities for pro bono coaching. This means if you're working another job or have several commitments, you can still grow and develop as a coach.
You'll join a small cohort group, allowing you to build close relationships and a strong coaching network. This group will serve as your support system and will grow with you, aiding your development with their perspectives and ideas.
